Daily Sketch Group

January 17, 2026

I was a member of the now defunct website ConceptArt.org since October 6, 2004.

They had a forum called Daily Sketch Group where a topic is given each day for you to draw.

I tried participating in April and May of 2009. I only did 5 of them. The idea of making art daily is something that has interested me for close to 22 years.

Here are the 5 sketches I created for the Daily Sketch Group in 2009. They were all done in Photoshop.

  • Digital painting of a greasy hamburger.

    Undead Farm Animal

  • Digital painting of a large green man eating strawberries while sitting on a stool.

    Beautiful Expansive Ugly

  • Digital painting of a woman and a car that has wings up on a lift behind her.

    Driver Waiting For Aircraft

  • Digital painting of a a green bubbly swamp.

    Slime Tendril Swamp

  • Digital painting of a group of kids all wearing turbans, only one kid is smiling.

    The Smiler
